I reached out and Mike was very quick to respond.  He gave me a quote based on photos and square footage I sent to him. While he didn't need to come out to view the job, I had a few questions and told him I'd feel better if he came out before starting the job. Mike came out within two days. Once I meet him, I was sold (although I was sold on his business just by talking with him prior as he was very communicative and knowledgeable) but once he came out, I felt comfortable with him and his company. 

His employee Bogdan was also wonderful. Excellent at his craft, and so very helpful when I needed help installing, leveling and cutting my utility sink before he could install the backsplash. He could have went to lunch, but he didn't, he took time to help me, I don't know many contractors that would do that (I know Home Depot would not have).  

I am MORE than happy with Mike, Bogdan and choosing his company. The entire job was completed in 3 days start to finish.

Mike and his crew were very efficient, always on time and actually finished sooner than expected.  They were even able to come back and fix a caulking color that was needed on one wall, and now everything is perfect. My kitchen was tore up for some water leaking back in Christmas time, while we were fighting with insurance, I went ahead quoted about get it repaired myself. Michael the owner from Prestige stone was one of the 5 cabinets & countertops companies I got quotes from. The reason why  prestige stone won my trust was , out of 5 quotes I got, besides the shortest lead time and very compatible overall cost, Michael transparently listed out most detailed work-streams , and how many days will take for each of them. No later surprisingly cost increased at all. 

During the entire project, Michael was my point of contact organizing and coordinating cabinets, countertops, flooring, painting etc, and kept the communication path in time and transparently. Which directly resulted in I got a brand new beautiful kitchen back in 2.5 weeks.

I can't say enough good things about Michael and his staff. We had caulking/grout fail on the curb of our shower. We were just going to buy the product at a big box store & do it ourselves but then thought perhaps something else was going on since the shower is only 4 years old. Even though it was New Year's day, I contacted Prestige Stone & within a short time Michael called & said he was out doing estimates now & would come to our house within an hour. He is absolutely delightful and after he saw our job he said "not to worry", that the fix was simple.  Even though we were a very small job, he said one of his team, Bogdan, would be at our house in 2 days to repair the shower. Bogdan did arrive as scheduled and fixed the problem right away. The issue is solved & we couldn't be happier. This company is the only group I would ever use in the future. You should try them--they are honest, hard working people who deserve the very best. Long overdue in posting but highly recommend Mikhael and his crew. Not only did they do a great job at an affordable price, Mikhael advised me to go back to the drawing board and pick a non-natural stone (which I learned would stain in a kitchen environment) even though he had the chance to move forward immediately with our business by keeping mum, something the materials sales team neglected to mention. Mikhael was also the only tile specialist I spoke with who agreed to remove and reinstall our kitchen hood, which saved us from having to work with yet another contractor! As a finishing touch, he remembered I mentioned my love of pilmeni and gifted us a bag of his favorite product when all was said and done.
